I understand given the circumstances it can be quite easy to just stay in bed all day and do nothing. However that’s not healthy believe it or not, not only is it not healthy to be surrounded by the same 4 walls all day long but it won’t do you sleeping pattern any good. I suggest getting up and if you want to lounge around and binge watch some shows on Netflix for the majority of the day you can just go to any room that’s not your bed because your mind and body will associate your bed room with being active and not how it should be which is to sleep. So you can still do what you want with the day just try not to stay in your room so much, it’ll help your sleeping pattern out which will help you out in loads- like I said I’m not a professional just I know that getting a good sleeping pattern is good and (as my mum and dad keep reminding me) staying awake through the night and waking up at 3pm is not so good for you.
